I must say, and I do not want to sound like I’m bragging…at all, that sometimes I get to spend time with some really incredible people. Last night I drove to West Hollywood to visit the home of an amazing woman I am honored to call my friend, Amanda Eliasch. Among other things, Amanda is an accomplished poet, photographer, writer and film director, and all of those incredible talents shine through with the work she does as Fashion Editor at Genlux Magazine. She has been a true friend and supporter of Nikki Rich from the beginning, and for that we will always be grateful.
Amanda called me earlier in the week and asked if I could come to her home for a private fitting. She had been looking for some new pieces to add to her spectacular wardrobe, and wasn’t having any luck. Well of course I was more than thrilled to visit her in her gorgeous abode and bring her some of our pieces.
After the hours we spent together had flown by; talking and laughing, trying on clothes and playing her pink piano (YES, a pink piano!), Amanda ultimately decided on several pieces from the group I brought for her. Included were our Orchard jacket, the London Calling blazer and a custom creation that still remains nameless.
We had such a wonderful time working together, and she was kind enough to let me take some pictures so I could share the amazing afternoon with all of you too.
